Chip Natsis

We asked Chip...

If I weren't so good at my job, I'd probably be...
A captain of a cruise ship.
What is the accomplishment of which you're most proud?
I believe being a good role model for my daughters is my greatest accomplishment and seeing them thrive is beyond words.
What are you most passionate about personally? Professionally?
Personally, I would say being a good husband and father to my family. Professionally, being a trusted and respected leader in the construction industry.
What is a problem in the Engineering & Construction Industry you'd like to fix?
Collaboration, I believe that if both engineering and construction can work together early in the process along with the client and major subcontractors that we can provide a product that meets or exceeds the client's true needs and at the cost they desire.
What are you happiest doing when you're not working?
I love to travel!
