Christy O'Brien

We asked Christy...

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
An art gallery owner. I was really into art and humanities in school, but the reality of bills set in.
What is the best advice you can give someone who just started their career?
Don't worry about getting ahead quickly. The small steps foster learning, and stumbles are critical for growth. It goes by fast, so enjoy every part of the journey. Don't settle for anything less than loving your job! Oh, and "Work hard and be nice to people!"
What is your favorite family tradition?
Baking Christmas cookies on Christmas Eve morning with the kids. We haven't improved our icing skills much, but we love the process!
