Faiz Olajide began his career as an estimator in 2021 and has overseen various projects, including a $1.2+ billion data center project, a $720+ million data center project, and a $20+ million tenant improvement project. He has coordinated daily operations, managed project teams, created schedules, and led meetings with customers and subcontractors. Faiz has successfully led contracts to completion and handled change orders, RFIs, and project documentation. He has also facilitated cost analysis, the buyout process, and closeout for multi-million dollar scopes on major projects, including aviation and data center projects. Additionally, Mr. Olajide has managed value engineering efforts to reduce costs and led market outreach to achieve client MWBE goals.
