Brooke is a Mechanical and Plumbing Designer for C1S.  She is responsible for overseeing all of the plumbing design on all of the C1S projects.  Brooke also manages the Revit/BIM integration with our design team.  She oversees the creation of Revit models and BIM checks on all projects.

Christine has been instrumental in creating processes and procedures for the department that help organize meetings and team training.  She has also been invaluable in her assistance with contract review as we bring on new contracts.

Jason is a Superintendent. He ensures that the client gets what they want from the subcontractors that are hired.  He is the face of C1S, since Superintendents spend the most time with the client. It is his responsibility to make sure that all expecations were met and that the relationship with the client remains intact.  C1S believes in building partnerships with clients and not chasing one off jobs, so one of Jason's pritorities on a job is to help C1S nurture that relationship.

Cameron is the Preconstruction Manager for C1S. His team gets involved with clients early on in the project when the scope of work is often a verbal description or a sketch on a napkin.  He is a problem solver for our clients with an ability to take a conceptual idea or problem that a client is having and develop a scope, schedule, and cost to deliver a full design-build solution that our clients can act upon to get their problem solved.  His role is to grease the wheels on this process and help the preconstruction team provide the best possible solution to our clients in the most efficient way possible.
