Jennifer San Pedro

We asked Jennifer...

What are you most passionate about personally? Professionally?
I am passionate about loving, protecting, and preparing my 11 year old daughter for the future. Professionally, working through challenges, opportunities, and withstanding the blood, sweat, and tears that go into making a project happen. In the end, getting to drive by projects and tell my daughter I helped make that happen is extremely rewarding.
What is the accomplishment of which you're most proud?
I knew absolutely nothing about construction when I started my first project on site which was an amazing opportunity blended with a "sink or swim" situation. I never gave up, showed up, and performed. With the guidance of my mentors, superintendents, and foremans, we got through it.
What are you happiest doing when you're not working?
Other than spending time with my mini-me, I'm happiest shooting, hunting, or fishing.
If I weren't so good at my job, I'd probably be...
Construction has always fascinated me and to be a part of a team building a project from the ground up and seeing the end result is an extremely exhilarating experience.
If you really know me, you'd know...
I have a weird phobia for mushrooms.
