What is a problem in the Engineering & Construction Industry you'd like to fix?So many issues on projects can be solved with communication. This requires all the stakeholders (owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.) to value and participate in effective communication. When we don't prioritize this, it usually comes back to bite us.
What are you most passionate about personally? Professionally?Professionally, I love being a part of the C1S team. We've got great folks and we do great work, and I love being able to create and support a workplace that values each individual
What is the accomplishment of which you're most proud?I'm really proud of creating this business with Matt, and keeping it going for 18 years. C1S was our first "child." Our other children, Jack and Sam, are even more awesome (and more work!)
What are you happiest doing when you're not working?Watching our boys play baseball, spending time in Santa Fe with Matt, and being with our big extended family.
If I weren't so good at my job, I'd probably be...Doing home renovations and interior design.
