What is the accomplishment of which you're most proud?I did a lot of sailing in my youth, went to the nationals 2 times, I (we) finished 7th in the nation out of 50.
What are you most passionate about personally? Professionally?Personally, raising my kids to be good, honest, trustworthy people. Professionally, providing the best possible service I can, taking a project and making it my own, staying up to date with new ideas and design practices. Sharing what I have learned.
What is a problem in the Engineering & Construction Industry you'd like to fix?Customer satisfaction, communication. Understanding the clients needs putting yourself in their shoes making the project your own, like you are doing it for yourself.
If you really know me, you'd know...I like to cook.
What are you happiest doing when you're not working?Being with my family. Spending time with my children, teaching them things that are forgotten.
If I weren't so good at my job, I'd probably be...President of the United States.

Robert received his training at Ivy Tech in Indianapolis and through ASPE’s North Dallas Chapter and their Plumbing Design courses. He also has completed several trainings with Trane in HVAC design and Commercial Load Calculations.
