What is a problem in the Engineering & Construction Industry you'd like to fix?Construction suffers from siloed information across design and construction phases. I'd love to see a more collaborative approach using digital tools like 3D TOOLS for a single source of truth, reducing errors and delays.
What is the best advice you can give someone who just started their career?Put family first. Work hard and smart, but always keep a positive attitude. Focus on making your life better.

Engineering Project ManagerSam Haddadin is an Engineering Project Manager (PE) at C1S, overseeing project lifecycles, leading design teams, and ensuring projects meet high standards. He started as a mechanical designer, gaining experience in commercial, educational, and hospital projects and studying codes and ASHRAE standards. As a project engineer in the pharmaceutical industry, he managed maintenance and projects across four plants and twelve warehouses with budgets over $3 million, designing cleanrooms and production lines. With experience in Jordan, Algeria, and the USA, he worked as a maintenance supervisor at Del Monte before returning to design firms, handling commercial projects for clients like Target and Walmart.
