We asked Sasha...

What is a problem in the Engineering & Construction Industry you'd like to fix?Use fewer processes that produce greenhouse gas emissions (especially in the construction industry). It is a huge problem to tackle but one that will eventually give us all more time here on Earth.
What are you most passionate about personally? Professionally?Personally, I am very passionate about listening to new music, going to festivals, and making playlists on Spotify. Professionally, (and you could say personally as well), I am very passionate about learning. I always like seeing every project or situation as a learning experience and I like to aim at being better than yesterday.
If you really know me, you'd know...Mexican Coke is my guilty pleasure.
What is the best advice you can give someone who just started their career?Don't be afraid to ask questions. Ask, ask, and ask!
