C1S Group, Inc. is looking for a Business Development Manager who will lead efforts to develop and maintain new relationships in North Texas across our target markets.

  • Work directly with the Vice President of Operations to refine the market focus and growth strategy for C1S in North Texas.

  • Research, pursue and build relationships with new clients by:

    • Identifying the decision-makers within the prospective client organization and developing the client relationship strategy.

    • Determining the client's needs and evaluating C1S resources and capabilities in light of those needs.

    • Setting-up meetings between the client decision-makers and C1S subject matter experts.

    • Working with engineering, construction, and marketing personnel to develop proposals that address the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

    • Effectively communicating the value proposition that differentiates C1S.

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with the owners, developers, engineers, architects, contractors, construction managers, and operators that can help us achieve our growth goals.

  • Participate in industry associations by attending local events and national conferences.

  • Document, meet, and exceed key performance indicators (calls made, emails sent, meetings, etc.)

  • Participate in weekly planning meetings.


  • Bachelor’s degree plus five to seven years related sales experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years in the construction and/or real estate industry; DFW market experience preferred.

  • Familiar with construction pricing strategies and negotiations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Highly motivated and proactive in pursuing opportunities without prompting from others.

  • Must be organized with an ability to plan and execute work priorities.
