C1S Group, Inc. is looking for a Business Development Manager who will lead efforts to develop and maintain new relationships in North Texas across our target markets.

Work directly with the Vice President of Operations to refine the market focus and growth strategy for C1S in North Texas.
Research, pursue and build relationships with new clients by:
Identifying the decision-makers within the prospective client organization and developing the client relationship strategy.
Determining the client's needs and evaluating C1S resources and capabilities in light of those needs.
Setting-up meetings between the client decision-makers and C1S subject matter experts.
Working with engineering, construction, and marketing personnel to develop proposals that address the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Effectively communicating the value proposition that differentiates C1S.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with the owners, developers, engineers, architects, contractors, construction managers, and operators that can help us achieve our growth goals.
Participate in industry associations by attending local events and national conferences.
Document, meet, and exceed key performance indicators (calls made, emails sent, meetings, etc.)
Participate in weekly planning meetings.
Bachelor’s degree plus five to seven years related sales experience.
Minimum of 3 years in the construction and/or real estate industry; DFW market experience preferred.
Familiar with construction pricing strategies and negotiations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Highly motivated and proactive in pursuing opportunities without prompting from others.
Must be organized with an ability to plan and execute work priorities.
