Manage all aspects of project data in Procore (prime contracts, budgets, change orders, job cost, supplier invoicing, contract documents)
Serve as the subject matter expert for Procore to improve workflows, utilization, and communication.
Manage contractual relationships with subcontractors (pre-qualification, subcontract execution, insurance compliance, etc.)
Serve as the onboarding manager for all new hires to the construction team, responsible for ensuring appropriate training, resources, and information are provided to each new hire so they can efficiently integrate into the team
Support project kickoff activities including coordination of kick-off meetings, mobilization support, safety supplies and information, project documentation, etc.
Support project close-out activities including demobilization, O&M Manual preparation, warranty documentation, etc.
Manage out of state general contractor licenses
Support team development with recruiting, safety training, and team building activities
Schedule and support the smooth execution of monthly project financial reviews
5+ years in construction industry
2+ years of experience with Procore
Experience with job cost management (budgets, AP, AR,)
Thorough understanding of construction terminology, documents, and workflows
Proficient with MS Office, BlueBeam, and MS Project.
