C1S Group, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to manage highly technical and fast-paced design projects for Fortune 1000 industrial and commercial clients. The PM is the single point of contact for our clients. As such, they will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, driving the project schedule, and ensuring the highest quality deliverables. In addition, the Life Sciences PM will emphasize the development of industry participation and client growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all aspects of engineering project delivery, including schedule, scope, quality, client satisfaction, and project financials
Manage all communication with the client to ensure C1S meets or exceeds their expectations
Develop mechanical, plumbing, and process piping design solutions for commercial and industrial renovation projects (conceptual design, equipment selection, construction drawings, specifications, energy modeling, etc.)
Effectively delegate design assignments to the design team and support the quality and timeliness of deliverables through coaching, quality assurance, and resource management
Coordinate C1S design with architects, other consulting partners, permitting entities, and utilities to ensure constructability and design compliance
Manage risks and liability associated with design decisions through research, documentation, and contract management
Participate in company Business Development efforts by maintaining regular communication with Client contacts and participating in networking events to build awareness in the Life Sciences industry
Manage project financials and prepare monthly project invoices

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree required
PE license required
8+ years of mechanical, plumbing, and process piping design for commercial and industrial facility projects, including equipment selection, system sizing and routing, and constructability/coordination with other trades.
3+ years of design-build project experience
3+ years of experience with REVIT and Trane Trace
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to work on more than one project at a time
3-D Scanning, Drone Operation, and Commissioning experience are a plus
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Will require some travel, up to 25%
Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend, and reach.
Ability to reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds.
