Organize and prioritize preconstruction tasks to allow for timely and thorough RFP response.
Coordinate bidding activities with subcontractors including job walks, distribution of bid documents, and communication throughout the bidding process.
Maintain database of qualified contractors to streamline bid solicitation
Support estimation with quantity take-offs, securing material and equipment quotes, and general conditions planning.
Maintain CRM software with bid updates and win probabilities
Develop subcontractor partnerships, treating all parties with respect
Project Management Support:
Build projects in Procore including the project directory, budgets, and schedule
Ensure project documentation is maintained in Procore throughout the project
Oversee submittal and RFI processes to ensure open items are pushed to closure
Assist with on-site coordination of subcontractors
Review and understand project drawings and specifications in order to assist superintendent with quality control
Support superintendent with site specific safety management activities
Utilize Lean Construction principles to eliminate waste and improve outcomes
Compensation & Benefits:
