A thought leadership position responsible for advancing our environmental initiatives and solutions. Proven ability to impact revenue and growth. Collaborates with design and construction teams to help our clients meet their sustainability goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop and execute a sustainability strategy

  • Represent C1S Group as a thought leader by developing and maintaining relationships in the sustainability community

  • Pursue opportunities for leadership roles within relevant organizations at a local and national level

  • Lead Business Development for sustainable consulting, design, and construction opportunities

  • Work with clients to identify and establish sustainability goals and initiatives

    Collaborates with project teams on the development and execution of sustainable strategies, metrics, and reporting

  • Successfully delivers on project objectives and certifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience with sustainability-focused design and construction projects. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

  • Proven track record of leading multiple sustainability accredited projects

  • Sustainable design Accreditation

  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and systems

  • Understands and identifies energy and water conservation measures with an ability to clearly articulate the benefits and ROI.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and presentation skills

  • Ability to stay current with regulations and trends in the industry at a local and national level
