What is a problem in the Engineering & Construction Industry you'd like to fix?Buyers' failures to allot enough time for proper planning and the reluctance to engage a holistic project team early in the planning and design process.
What are you most passionate about personally? Professionally?Lately, I am most passionate about worship at home with family, in the community with neighbors, and at church with brothers and sisters. Professionally, I am most passionate about winning - as defined by professional victories aiding in the accomplishment of all our employees dreams and aspirations. We work to live!
What is the accomplishment of which you're most proud?Prior to finally dating me, my wife rejected me hard three times over a period of two years. I am most proud of the fact that she finally came around, and we have been happily married for coming up on 20 years.
What are you happiest doing when you're not working?Doing something active with my family.
If I weren't so good at my job, I'd probably be...A coach, teacher, counselor, or CIA operative
