C1S Group Awarded Design-Build Cleanroom Project for Leading Defense Technology Company

Dallas, TX – C1S Group is proud to announce the award of a highly specialized design-build project for a leading provider of advanced defense technologies. The project will renovate an existing facility into a state-of-the-art clean manufacturing environment that supports the production of critical defense systems.

As the project's design-build partner, C1S Group will provide integrated engineering, preconstruction, and construction services to deliver a 5,000-square-foot ISO 5 (Class 100) cleanroom along with supporting controlled environments and the complex infrastructure required for precision manufacturing. The project also includes an ISO 8 utility chase, dedicated mechanical spaces, and specialized equipment and support areas designed to provide long-term operational flexibility.

The cleanroom will be constructed using a raised access floor system and modular cleanroom wall components, creating an environment capable of meeting stringent contamination control requirements. Advanced HVAC systems featuring HEPA filtration, room-side replaceable fan filter units (FFUs), and tightly controlled temperature and humidity systems will ensure consistent environmental performance for highly sensitive manufacturing processes.

Supporting the cleanroom will be an extensive network of process utilities, including specialty gases, nitrogen, vacuum, chilled water, and process cooling systems, along with upgraded electrical distribution, controls, fire protection, and life-safety systems. The project also includes dedicated chemical storage areas and specialized exhaust systems engineered to safely support advanced manufacturing operations involving hazardous process materials.
