I get an insane amount of freedom in the direction that I want to learn. So if I wanted to learn anything they would fully support me, and find educational resources. And there's a seminar, there's a conference, or there's the software they're totally down to help you pursue whatever thing you want to grow. Work hard, play hard.

Designing and building facilities is hard work! We get it! That’s why we balance the work with play by celebrating our successes and taking opportunities to relax. We have an annual crawfish boil every spring and a golf tournament in the fall. In between, we’ve got happy hours, fun runs, fantasy football, chili cook-off, and all kinds of team-building activities to help us disconnect from work and have a little fun together.
