A Typical Day & Job Responsibilities:
Proactively plan, communicate, and mitigate changing site safety risks daily.
Serve as the on-site subject matter expert for our contracted scope.
Lead and manage all construction activities on site, coordinating with the client, trade partners, permitting officials, and consultants.
Manage the installation quality with daily walk-throughs and inspections, timely communication of issues, and appropriate escalation to ensure the highest quality installation.
Inspect material and equipment deliveries to ensure compliance with approved submittals.
Work with the project manager to resolve scope and schedule issues, manage client expectations, procurement schedules, critical milestones, and maintain project financials.
Maintain a current “3 Week Look-ahead” schedule to ensure the overall schedule stays on track.
Protect and develop subcontractor partnerships.
Up to 75% travel with per diem and expense reimbursement.
About You (Your Expertise):
5+ years of construction experience for commercial and industrial buildings.
Ability to read construction documents (Architectural, Civil, MEP, specifications).
Experienced in coordinating work with various trade partners.
OSHA 30 certification.
