We are a family of construction and engineering professionals that provide construction management, field supervision, engineering design, and sustainability services to commercial and manufacturing facility owners. What You’ll Do (Besides Look Great in a Safety Vest):

Lead projects from kickoff to close-out, cost, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction are all in your lane
Keep schedules tight, budgets tidy, subcontractors aligned, clients informed, and stress levels shockingly low
Ensure safety and quality stay front and center
Lead design-build efforts when both sides of the table need you
Partner with Superintendents, APMs, and Engineers to keep every moving part in sync
Manage risk like a pro and mentor rising talent along the way
Shape and refine the “C1S Way”—our signature approach to delivering excellence
Close out projects with the satisfying “ta-da” they deserve

You’re a Great Fit if You Have:

5-10 years of construction experience, with design-build expertise that sets you apart
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering (bonus points if you’ve worked in hectic, always-on environments)
Strong multitasking energy
Fluent in MS Office, Bluebeam, and Procore—because efficiency is your native language
Detail-driven, organized, and a team-first approach aligned with our core values
Professional-level communication skills with clients, coworkers, and that one subcontractor who only emails in all caps
Ability to travel 25%-50%
